Hippos hall is one of Finland’s largest facilities for indoor sports and football. In addition to sports events it is ideal venue for staging other big occasions. Hippos hall has permanent seating for 800 people and with extra temporary seating can accommodate as many as 3 500. An 80-seat auditorium and a 40-seat conference room are also available.

Hippos ice hall

Between ice hockey league games the main arena can also be used as a venue for other large events. The main arena has a capacity of approx. 4 500 spectators. The ice hall’s selling points are its central location in Jyväskylä, ample parking, data connections and the variety of smaller facilities suitable for events of different kinds. In addition to the main arena the building contains a gym, for example, ideal for fans of fitness exercise or competition dancing.

Multipurpose Sports Hall

The multipurpose sports hall is the main venue for indoor sports in the city. The hall for ball games is equipped with seating for almost 1 500 spectators. Games, competitions, concerts and exhibitions as well as other spectator events are regularly staged here. The hall can be divided into 3 sections. The multipurpose sports hall also has conference facilities for approx. 15-20 people.
