International tour operators on site visit | | 22.09.2009 | Representatives of Russian MICE and Incentive Houses arrived on Friday the 18th to Jyväskylä to make a site inspection of B2B services at Jyväskylä Region.
The group members had a tight 3-day programme in visiting the main attractions of Jyväskylä region. They drove ATV-cars and felt the speed of a real rally car at Varjola Farm, got acquainted with Jyväskylä Paviljonki, our international Trade Fair and Congress Center, as well as Laajavuori Hotel and recreational area, Alvar Aalto Museum, Spa Hotel Peurunka, Taulu Manor, several hotels and had a lake cruise to Savutuvan Apaja.
Our guests seemed to be quite happy with the sights and services. A special attention was raised by the activities and services at the countryside. There were quite a many private discussions about events to be held in Jyväskylä, so the real results of the site visit can be seen during next two years.
